Shell’s Wonderful World of Golf Came to Tierra del Sol. Enough said.

Many courses around the world aspire to host Shell’s Wonderful World of Golf. Few are worthy.

Tierra Del Sol Golf Resort

Tierra del Sol is one. In 1998, Payne Stewart and Nick Price competed against each other on the popular golf show and, if Tierra del Sol wasn’t on the world’s golf map before, it certainly was after the show appeared. A Robert Trent Jones II masterpiece, it combines the links of Scotland, the coastal setting of Pebble Beach and the desert beauty of Arizona – all in one super package; and is currently rated 4.5 Stars by Golf Digest. The course annually hosts a number of major Caribbean golf tournaments.

Fifteen of Tierra del Sol’s 18 holes have ocean views. The course is carefully manicured and maintained, and with the ever-present breezes of Aruba, it is an intriguing challenge for low- and high-handicappers alike. The golf experience includes a full length practice range, putting greens, chipping areas and a magnificent Clubhouse with golf shop, restaurant and swimming pool.
